Referral process
To ensure it is appropriate for a patient to undergo an MRI scan a completed Referral Form is required from a referring clinician such as a Consultant, GP, Physiotherapist, Osteopath, and Chiropractor.

If a patient is not currently under the care of a referring clinician they should contact Vista so that an Independent Medical Assessment of the appropriateness of an MRI scan can be arranged.

Completed Referral Forms must be submitted to Vista (by post, fax or email) prior to the patient's scanning appointment.
